Refund Policy

At Seeds Depot,

If you have ordered seeds from our website and they fail to germinate or are otherwise defective, we are happy to provide replacement seeds at no extra charge. We understand that seed germination can be unpredictable, influenced by various factors that affect successful sprouting and growth. Our primary goal is to support your successful cultivation, and we are committed to resolving any issues if our seeds do not meet your expectations. Reasons We May Not Issue Refunds

Refunds may not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Improper storage conditions resulting in seed degradation.
  • Planting seeds at incorrect depths, or using old or contaminated soil/growing medium.
  • Inconsistent moisture levels—either too dry or too wet, or incorrect soil temperature for the seed variety.
  • Accidental damage to seeds during handling (this may be compensated if caused by the courier).

If you encounter any issues with the germination of your seeds, please contact our customer service team. We stand by the quality of our seeds and will send you replacements at no cost. Simply provide details about your order and the germination issues you experienced.

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time prior to shipping. We take a photo of every order before it is shipped. If you receive the wrong product, please email us a photo of the items in your shipment. Upon verification that the pre-shipping photo confirms you received an incorrect product, we will send you the correct item free of charge. Please do not return any products, as such packages will be refused and returned to sender.

Merchandise

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within four weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be made no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that remain unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).
